Pirates, this is not your normal weekly local. The Extra Grand Battle is a special One Piece Card Game store tournament using the Extra Regulation format.

That means all cards released to date are legal for play, except for the officially banned cards. Yes, that means old decks, old nightmares, and all the spicy nonsense your opponent hoped was gone forever.
